Alcoholism and drug addiction is not a disease
but a choice.Brain damage is a common and
potentially severe consequence of long-term,
heavy alcohol consumption. Even
mild-to-moderate drinking can adversely affect
you brain and health.The only advise I can
give is that you should find a friend which
help you encourage to get away from addiction
and also make yourself busy.
